🥗 Yangzhou Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 200 g Jasmine Rice
- 100 g Chicken Breast
- 50 g Ham
- 50 g Peas
- 50 g Carrots
- 2 Eggs
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- 2. Dice the chicken and ham. Peel and chop the carrots.
- 3. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan, sauté the chicken until golden brown.
- 4. Add carrots, peas, and ham, stir-fry briefly.
- 5. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble well.
- 6. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
- 7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
