Ingredients
- 250g Chicken breast (cubed)
- 3EL Soy sauce
- 2EL mirin
- 1EL Sugar
- 4 Skewers
- 2 (in Stücke geschnitten) Green onions
Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken cubes with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.
- 2. Alternately thread chicken and green onions onto the skewers.
- 3. Preheat grill or pan and grill skewers for about 5 minutes on each side.
- 4. Serve and garnish with additional soy sauce if desired.
