Ingredients
- 10 Stück Wonton wrappers
- 150 g Ground pork
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 EL Soy sauce
- 1 Liter Chicken broth
- 1 TL Ginger
- 1 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix the meat with spring onions, soy sauce, and ginger.
- 2. Fill the wonton wrappers with the meat mixture and shape them.
- 3. Bring the broth to a boil in a pot.
- 4. Add wontons to the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Serve and garnish as desired.
