Ingredients
- 3 Stk Eggs
- 120 g Cream cheese
- 1/2 TL Baking powder
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Herbs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- 2. Separate the eggs and whip the egg whites until stiff.
- 3. In another bowl, combine egg yolks, cream cheese, baking powder, and salt.
- 4. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- 5. Place the mixture in round portions on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
