  1. 1. Sauté the onions in butter until translucent. Add the savoy cabbage and simmer for 3 minutes until soft.
  2. 2. Remove the pan from the heat. Let the vegetables cool for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Mix the lamb mince, cooled vegetables, eggs, cornstarch, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  4. 4. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper for the dip.
  5. 5. Preheat a waffle iron and brush it with a little oil.
  6. 6. Place a large scoop of the mixture in the waffle iron and close it. Bake the waffles for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. Serve the hot waffles immediately with the cold yogurt dip.
