🧇 Lamb Mince Savoy Cabbage Waffles with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb Mince
- 200 g Savoy Cabbage (chopped)
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 2 EL Cornstarch
- 1 Prise Nutmeg (grated)
- 1 Stück Onions (finely diced)
- 200 g Yogurt (plain)
- 1 EL Lemon (juice)
- 2 EL Parsley (chopped)
- 2 EL Butter
Instructions
- 1. Sauté the onions in butter until translucent. Add the savoy cabbage and simmer for 3 minutes until soft.
- 2. Remove the pan from the heat. Let the vegetables cool for 5 minutes.
- 3. Mix the lamb mince, cooled vegetables, eggs, cornstarch, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- 4. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper for the dip.
- 5. Preheat a waffle iron and brush it with a little oil.
- 6. Place a large scoop of the mixture in the waffle iron and close it. Bake the waffles for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Serve the hot waffles immediately with the cold yogurt dip.
