Ingredients
- 400 g wild boar steak
- 50 g cranberry jam
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 200 ml red wine
- 1 TL thyme
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Sear wild boar steak.
- 2. Add onion and garlic and sauté.
- 3. Deglaze with red wine and reduce.
- 4. Add cranberry jam.
- 5. Season with pepper and salt.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
