🍖 Wiener Schnitzel

Ingredients
- 2 Stück veal schnitzel
- 50 g breadcrumb
- 30 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 40 g butter
- 2 Stück lemon slices
- 1 EL parsley
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Pound the schnitzel flat and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Put flour on one plate, eggs in a second, and breadcrumbs on a third plate.
- 3. Dredge the schnitzel in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- 4. Heat butter in a pan and fry the schnitzel until golden brown.
- 5. Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon slices and parsley.
