Ingredients
- 2 Stück Veal cutlet
- 50 g Flour
- 1 Stück Egg
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 50 g butter
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Flatten the veal cutlets and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Set up three bowls with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- 3. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- 4. Heat butter in a pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown.
- 5. Let the schnitzels drain on paper towels.
- 6. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
