  1. 1. Season the inside of the chicken generously with salt.
  2. 2. Poke the lemon several times with the tip of a knife.
  3. 3. Stuff the chicken with the herbs and the prepared lemon.
  4. 4. Brush the entire chicken with olive oil.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the outside of the chicken with sea salt.
  6. 6. Place the chicken breast-side down in the air fryer basket.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the chicken for 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Turn the chicken over so the breast side is now facing up.
  9. 9. Cook the chicken for another 20 minutes at 180 °C until the skin is golden brown and the core temperature reaches 75 °C.
  10. 10. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Place the frozen fries in the air fryer basket.
  12. 12. Cook the fries at 180 °C, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
  13. 13. Finely chop the garlic.
  14. 14. Fry the garlic in a little olive oil over low heat until lightly browned.
  15. 15. Remove the garlic from the pan and set it aside.
  16. 16. Finely chop the flat-leaf parsley.
  17. 17. Place the cooked fries in a bowl.
  18. 18. Add the fried garlic and parsley to the fries.
  19. 19. Season the fries with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Serve the fries together with the chicken.
  21. 21. Drizzle the fries with a few drops of vinegar just before serving.
