  2. 2. Cut the potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick.
  3. 3. Cut the slices into sticks about 0.5 cm thick.
  4. 4. Place the potato sticks in a colander.
  5. 5. Rinse the sticks thoroughly with cold water to remove excess starch.
  6. 6. Fill a large pot with plenty of water and bring it to a boil.
  7. 7. Place the potato sticks in a large bowl.
  8. 8. Pour the boiling water over the potatoes.
  9. 9. Let the potatoes steep in the hot water for about 2 hours.
  10. 10. Remove the potatoes from the water.
  11. 11. Dry the potato sticks thoroughly.
  12. 12. Add the sunflower oil, cornstarch, and fries seasoning salt to a clean bowl.
  13. 13. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well together.
  14. 14. Add the dry potato sticks to the oil mixture.
  15. 15. Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
  16. 16. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  17. 17. Place the prepared fries into the air fryer basket.
  18. 18. Cook the fries for about 20 minutes at 200 °C.
  19. 19. Shake the basket vigorously 1-2 times during cooking to ensure the fries become evenly crispy.
  20. 20. Halve the avocados and carefully remove the pit.
  21. 21. Scoop out the flesh of the avocados with a spoon.
  22. 22. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl.
  23. 23. Add the olive oil to the avocado flesh.
  24. 24. Mash the avocado finely with a fork.
  25. 25. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  26. 26. Remove the tough core from the tomatoes.
  27. 27. Dice the tomatoes finely.
  28. 28. Peel the onion.
  29. 29. Halve the onion.

  31. 31. Add the diced tomatoes and onions to the mashed avocado.
  32. 32. Mix all the guacamole ingredients thoroughly.
  33. 33. Halve the lime.
  34. 34. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  35. 35. Add the lime juice to the guacamole.
  36. 36. Season the guacamole with salt and avocado topping to taste.
  37. 37. Remove the finished fries from the air fryer.
  38. 38. Place the fries in a large bowl.
  39. 39. Season the fries with additional fries seasoning salt if desired.
  40. 40. Toss the fries well to distribute the salt evenly.
  41. 41. Serve the hot fries immediately with the guacamole.
