🍽️ Fluffy Cinnamon Rolls from the Air Fryer with Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 60 ml milk
- 20 g butter
- 20 g butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp milk
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- 2. Pour the lukewarm milk and melted butter into the bowl.
- 3. Knead the ingredients into a soft dough.
- 4. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
- 5. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes until it has doubled in size.
- 6. Mix the soft butter with brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- 7. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
- 8. Roll the dough out into a rectangle measuring approx. 20 x 30 cm.
- 9. Spread the cinnamon-butter mixture evenly over the dough.
- 10. Roll the dough up tightly from the long side.
- 11. Cut the roll into 4 equal pieces.
- 12. Place the cinnamon rolls into the air fryer basket.
- 13. Make sure the rolls are not touching each other.
- 14. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the rolls for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- 15. Whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
- 16. Brush the still warm cinnamon rolls with the glaze.
- 17. Serve the cinnamon rolls lukewarm with coffee or cocoa.
