  1. 1. Mix flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Pour the lukewarm milk and melted butter into the bowl.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients into a soft dough.
  4. 4. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
  5. 5. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes until it has doubled in size.
  6. 6. Mix the soft butter with brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  7. 7. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  8. 8. Roll the dough out into a rectangle measuring approx. 20 x 30 cm.
  9. 9. Spread the cinnamon-butter mixture evenly over the dough.
  10. 10. Roll the dough up tightly from the long side.
  11. 11. Cut the roll into 4 equal pieces.
  12. 12. Place the cinnamon rolls into the air fryer basket.
  13. 13. Make sure the rolls are not touching each other.
  14. 14. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the rolls for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  15. 15. Whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
  16. 16. Brush the still warm cinnamon rolls with the glaze.
  17. 17. Serve the cinnamon rolls lukewarm with coffee or cocoa.
