  2. 2. Pat the tofu sticks dry with kitchen paper to remove excess water.
  3. 3. Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, and sriracha in a bowl.
  4. 4. Turn the tofu sticks in the marinade until they are coated all over.
  5. 5. Let the tofu sticks marinate for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Mix sesame seeds, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a second bowl.
  7. 7. Roll the marinated tofu sticks in the sesame mixture until well coated.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  9. 9. Place the tofu sticks in the air fryer.
  10. 10. Cook the tofu sticks for 15 minutes until crispy.
  11. 11. Turn the tofu sticks once halfway through the cooking time.
  12. 12. Serve the tofu sticks hot with your favorite dip.
