Ingredients
- 400 g potatoes
- 100 g grated cheese
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- fresh herbs
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Place the potato pieces in a bowl.
- 4. Drizzle some olive oil over them.
- 5. Sprinkle paprika powder, ground garlic, salt, and pepper over them.
- 6. Mix everything well so that the potatoes are seasoned evenly.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 8. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- 9. Bake the potatoes at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
- 10. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
- 11. Remove the partially baked potatoes from the air fryer.
- 12. Mix the potatoes with crème fraîche.
- 13. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the potato cream mixture.
- 14. Return the cheese potatoes to the air fryer.
- 15. Bake them at 180 °C for another 5 minutes.
- 16. Remove the basket when the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- 17. Let the potatoes cool down for a short moment.
- 18. Garnish them with fresh herbs of your choice.
- 19. Serve the baked potatoes hot and enjoy.
