🍕 Crispy Tortilla Pizza from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 pieces tortillas
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 100 g grated mozzarella
- 6 pieces cherry tomatoes
- 4 slices salami
- 1/2 piece bell pepper
- Fresh basil
- Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Place a tortilla on a cutting board.
- 2. Place a small glass or bowl in the center of the tortilla.
- 3. Cut around the glass to create a round base (approx. 10–12 cm).
- 4. Repeat this with the remaining tortillas.
- 5. Place the tortilla bases on a work surface.
- 6. Spread one tablespoon of tomato sauce on each base.
- 7. Leave a small border free at the outer edge.
- 8. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella evenly over the sauces.
- 9. Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes on the pizzas.
- 10. Add the pepper strips on top.
- 11. Add salami or other toppings as desired.
- 12. Sprinkle a pinch of oregano over the pizzas.
- 13. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- 14. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 15. Place the mini pizzas one by one into the fryer basket.
- 16. Ensure the pizzas do not touch each other.
- 17. Cook the pizzas at 180 °C for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 18. Remove the pizzas when the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- 19. Garnish the finished pizzas with fresh basil leaves.
- 20. Serve the tortilla pizzas immediately while hot.
