  1. 1. Cut the tofu into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  2. 2. Cut the bell pepper, zucchini, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Mix the plant-based yogurt with lemon juice, tandoori spice, ginger, garlic powder, and a little salt in a bowl.
  4. 4. Make sure the marinade is thick and aromatic.
  5. 5. Mix the tofu and vegetables with the marinade until everything is well coated.
  6. 6. Let the mixture marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Thread the tofu and vegetables alternately onto the wooden skewers.
  8. 8. Ensure the skewers are well-filled but not packed too tightly.
  9. 9. Place the skewers in the basket of the air fryer.
  10. 10. Spray the skewers with a little oil if necessary.
  11. 11. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the skewers for 15 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the skewers halfway through the cooking time.
  13. 13. Ensure the marinade browns and the tofu becomes slightly crispy.
  14. 14. Serve the skewers with fresh coriander and a dollop of vegan yogurt.
  15. 15. Serve the skewers perfectly with flatbread or a simple cucumber salad.
