Ingredients
- 4 pcs frozen spring rolls
- Optional: a little oil for brushing
Instructions
- 1. Take the frozen spring rolls out of the packaging. No need to thaw them. Optional: Brush them lightly with oil or spray them to make them extra crispy.
- 2. Set the air fryer to 200 °C and preheat it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3. Place the spring rolls in the cooking basket. Make sure they do not touch each other so that the hot air can circulate well.
- 4. Cook the spring rolls for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn them once carefully after 5 to 6 minutes so they become evenly crispy all around.
- 5. Remove the golden brown spring rolls and let them cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve them with sweet and sour sauce or your favorite dip.
