  1. 1. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, finely chopped garlic, honey, rice vinegar, and Sriracha to a large bowl.
  2. 2. Stir the liquids vigorously until they are well combined.
  3. 3. Place the chicken wings into the bowl.
  4. 4. Toss the wings until they are completely and evenly coated with the marinade.
  5. 5. Let the wings marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Set the air fryer to 190 °C.
  7. 7. Let the device preheat for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Take the marinated wings out of the bowl.
  9. 9. Place them one by one into the air fryer basket.
  10. 10. Make sure the wings do not touch or overlap.
  11. 11. Cook the wings at 190 °C for 20 to 25 minutes.
  12. 12. Open the basket after 8 to 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Turn the wings so they brown evenly on all sides.
  14. 14. Turn on a frying pan to medium heat.
  15. 15. Add the sesame seeds to the dry pan.
  16. 16. Toast the sesame seeds lightly until they are golden brown.
  17. 17. Remove the finished, crispy wings from the air fryer.
  18. 18. Place them in a clean bowl.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds generously over the wings.
  20. 20. Slice spring onions into small rings.
  21. 21. Top the wings with the spring onions as a garnish.
  22. 22. Serve the wings immediately while hot and enjoy.
