🍽️ Crispy Pork Tenderloin Medallions from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 300 g pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices about 3 centimeters thick.
- 2. Pat the meat pieces dry with kitchen paper to remove any surface moisture.
- 3. Put olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme into a small bowl.
- 4. Mix the spices and oil to form a marinade.
- 5. Coat the medallions generously all over with the spice mixture.
- 6. Season the meat pieces finally with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Set the air fryer to 180 °C and preheat it for 3 minutes.
- 8. Place the medallions individually in the cooking basket so they do not touch.
- 9. Cook the meat pieces for 6 minutes at 180 °C.
- 10. Turn the medallions after half the time, so after 3 minutes.
- 11. Continue cooking at 180 °C for another 6 minutes.
- 12. Place a small piece of butter on each medallion after cooking.
- 13. Let the butter melt from the residual heat to enhance the flavor.
- 14. Let the medallions rest for 5 minutes so the meat juices can distribute.
- 15. Serve the finished medallions with sides like rosemary potatoes, vegetables, or salad.
