  1. 1. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices about 3 centimeters thick.
  2. 2. Pat the meat pieces dry with kitchen paper to remove any surface moisture.
  3. 3. Put olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme into a small bowl.
  4. 4. Mix the spices and oil to form a marinade.
  5. 5. Coat the medallions generously all over with the spice mixture.
  6. 6. Season the meat pieces finally with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Set the air fryer to 180 °C and preheat it for 3 minutes.
  8. 8. Place the medallions individually in the cooking basket so they do not touch.
  9. 9. Cook the meat pieces for 6 minutes at 180 °C.
  10. 10. Turn the medallions after half the time, so after 3 minutes.
  11. 11. Continue cooking at 180 °C for another 6 minutes.
  12. 12. Place a small piece of butter on each medallion after cooking.
  13. 13. Let the butter melt from the residual heat to enhance the flavor.
  14. 14. Let the medallions rest for 5 minutes so the meat juices can distribute.
  15. 15. Serve the finished medallions with sides like rosemary potatoes, vegetables, or salad.
