  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  2. 2. Place the minced meat in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  4. 4. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat.
  5. 5. Chop the fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, and rosemary) finely.
  6. 6. Add the chopped herbs, the egg, and the breadcrumbs to the meat mixture.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and the paprika powder.
  8. 8. Mix all ingredients by hand or with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  9. 9. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
  10. 10. Place the meatballs in the basket of the air fryer.
  11. 11. Make sure the balls do not touch each other in the basket.
  12. 12. Lightly brush the balls with olive oil.
  13. 13. Cook the balls at 180 °C for 10 to 12 minutes.
  14. 14. Carefully turn the balls halfway through the cooking time.
  15. 15. Let the finished balls cool down briefly.
  16. 16. Serve the balls with your preferred sauce.
