🥤 Juicy Mini Herb Meatballs

Ingredients
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 piece onion, finely chopped
- 1 piece garlic clove
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp Optional: tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 2. Place the minced meat in a large bowl.
- 3. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 4. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat.
- 5. Chop the fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, and rosemary) finely.
- 6. Add the chopped herbs, the egg, and the breadcrumbs to the meat mixture.
- 7. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and the paprika powder.
- 8. Mix all ingredients by hand or with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- 9. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
- 10. Place the meatballs in the basket of the air fryer.
- 11. Make sure the balls do not touch each other in the basket.
- 12. Lightly brush the balls with olive oil.
- 13. Cook the balls at 180 °C for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 14. Carefully turn the balls halfway through the cooking time.
- 15. Let the finished balls cool down briefly.
- 16. Serve the balls with your preferred sauce.
