  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into approx. 2–3 cm cubes with a sharp knife.
  2. 2. Cut the peppers and zucchini into bite-sized pieces as well.
  3. 3. Place the wooden skewers in a bowl of water and let them soak so they do not burn in the hot air.
  4. 4. Put the chicken meat into a large bowl.
  5. 5. Add olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Mix everything thoroughly until the meat is covered with the spice mixture on all sides.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl and let the marinade work for 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Thread chicken pieces, pepper cubes, and zucchini pieces alternately onto the drained wooden skewers.
  9. 9. Make sure the ingredients are not too close together so that the hot air can circulate well.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
  11. 11. Place the skewers side by side in the basket without touching each other.
  12. 12. Cook the skewers for 10–12 minutes.
  13. 13. Turn the skewers once after half the cooking time so they turn golden brown on both sides.
  14. 14. Let the chicken skewers rest for 2 minutes after cooking.
  15. 15. Serve the skewers with a fresh yogurt dip or a crisp salad.
