🥤 Juicy BBQ Chicken Breast from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 pieces chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley for garnishing
Instructions
- 1. Put the BBQ sauce, olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients in the bowl vigorously until a uniform marinade has formed.
- 3. Place the chicken breast fillets into the bowl with the marinade.
- 4. Turn the fillets so that they are completely covered with the sauce on all sides.
- 5. Let the chicken breast marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 7. Place the marinated chicken breast fillets into the cooking basket of the air fryer.
- 8. Cook the chicken breast for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 °C.
- 9. Turn the fillets after half the cooking time (i.e., after approx. 6 to 7.5 minutes).
- 10. Ensure that the meat has reached a core temperature of 75 °C.
- 11. Remove the chicken breast from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- 12. Garnish the finished chicken breast with fresh parsley as desired.
- 13. Serve the meat with extra BBQ sauce to taste.
