🍽️ Crispy Rosemary Potatoes from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water. Leave the skin on.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Halve or quarter them depending on their size so that all pieces are roughly the same size.
- 3. Place the potato pieces into a large bowl.
- 4. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, and chopped rosemary to the potatoes.
- 5. Mix everything well with your hands or a spoon until every piece is evenly coated with the spices and oil.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 7. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Try to arrange them in a single layer so they become crispy all around.
- 8. Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
- 9. Shake the basket vigorously or stir the potatoes so that all sides brown evenly.
- 10. Cook the potatoes for another 10 minutes at 180 °C until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 11. Remove the potatoes and serve them immediately. Add a dollop of sour cream or aioli on the side.
