🍽️ Crispy Quark Balls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 125 g low-fat quark
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 10 g butter
- 1 piece egg
- 15 g powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Put low-fat quark, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, butter, and one egg into a large bowl.
- 2. Knead the ingredients by hand or with a spoon until you have a smooth and uniform dough.
- 3. Divide the dough into about six equal portions.
- 4. Shape each portion into a round ball.
- 5. Place a piece of baking paper on the rack of your air fryer.
- 6. Distribute the quark balls evenly on the lined rack.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C and place the balls inside for 8 minutes.
- 8. Carefully open the fryer and turn the balls over once.
- 9. Close the fryer and bake the balls for another 4 minutes at 190 °C.
- 10. Remove the finished balls and sprinkle them generously with powdered sugar.
- 11. Serve the quark balls while still warm and enjoy them immediately.
