Ingredients
- 400 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Decide if you want to peel them and peel if desired.
- 3. Cut the potatoes into even wedges.
- 4. Ensure the wedges are not too thick so they cook evenly.
- 5. Add olive oil, sweet paprika powder, hot rose paprika powder, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
- 6. Mix the spices and oil in the bowl thoroughly.
- 7. Add the potato wedges to the bowl with the spice mixture.
- 8. Toss the potatoes until all wedges are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- 9. Place the marinated potatoes into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Ensure the wedges do not overlap so they cook evenly.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the potato wedges for 20 minutes.
- 12. Turn the wedges after 10 minutes, which is halfway through the cooking time.
- 13. Serve the crispy potato wedges directly from the air fryer.
- 14. Serve them with dips such as sour cream, herb quark, or ketchup.
