  1. 1. Take the sirloin steaks out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. 2. Let the steaks sit on the counter until they reach room temperature.
  3. 3. Put olive oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika powder into a small bowl.
  4. 4. Stir the spices and oil well until a paste forms.
  5. 5. Rub the steaks all over with the spice mixture.
  6. 6. Let the seasoned steaks rest for 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  8. 8. Place the steaks in the fryer basket.
  9. 9. Make sure the steaks do not touch or overlap.
  10. 10. Cook the steaks for 8 to 9 minutes at 200 °C if you like them medium-rare.
  11. 11. Cook the steaks for 10 to 12 minutes at 200 °C if you like them medium.
  12. 12. Cook the steaks for 13 to 14 minutes at 200 °C if you like them well-done.
  13. 13. Turn the steaks once halfway through the cooking time.
  14. 14. Remove the steaks from the air fryer and place them on a plate.
  15. 15. Place a piece of butter and a sprig of rosemary on each steak.
  16. 16. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes.
  17. 17. Slice the steak into thin strips or serve it whole.
