🍽️ Juicy Sirloin Steak from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 slices rump steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 sprig rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Take the sirloin steaks out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
- 2. Let the steaks sit on the counter until they reach room temperature.
- 3. Put olive oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika powder into a small bowl.
- 4. Stir the spices and oil well until a paste forms.
- 5. Rub the steaks all over with the spice mixture.
- 6. Let the seasoned steaks rest for 5 minutes.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 8. Place the steaks in the fryer basket.
- 9. Make sure the steaks do not touch or overlap.
- 10. Cook the steaks for 8 to 9 minutes at 200 °C if you like them medium-rare.
- 11. Cook the steaks for 10 to 12 minutes at 200 °C if you like them medium.
- 12. Cook the steaks for 13 to 14 minutes at 200 °C if you like them well-done.
- 13. Turn the steaks once halfway through the cooking time.
- 14. Remove the steaks from the air fryer and place them on a plate.
- 15. Place a piece of butter and a sprig of rosemary on each steak.
- 16. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes.
- 17. Slice the steak into thin strips or serve it whole.
