  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water and then pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Wash the peppers, remove the inside with the seeds, and cut the vegetable into thin strips.
  3. 3. Rub the chicken breast fillets with a spoonful of olive oil.
  4. 4. Season the chicken evenly with paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Lightly moisten the pepper strips with a little olive oil and sprinkle some salt over them.
  6. 6. Place the seasoned chicken breast fillets in the basket of the air fryer.
  7. 7. Distribute the pepper strips evenly around the chicken in the basket.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the chicken for 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Turn the chicken fillets after 10 minutes so that they brown evenly on both sides.
  10. 10. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 2 minutes so that the meat juices distribute.
