🍽️ Crispy Mini Omelettes from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 pieces egg
- 50 ml milk
- 50 g grated cheese
- ½ piece bell pepper
- 2 pieces spring onions,
- 50 g cooked ham or bacon
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp oil for greasing the molds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Lightly grease the silicone muffin cups or small ovenproof molds with oil so that the omelettes can be easily removed later.
- 2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with the milk.
- 3. Add salt, pepper, and paprika powder to the egg milk and stir everything well.
- 4. Cut the peppers, spring onions, and ham (if listed) into small pieces.
- 5. Have the grated cheese ready.
- 6. Distribute the chopped ingredients evenly over the prepared molds.
- 7. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients until the molds are about three-quarters full.
- 8. Place the molds in the basket of the air fryer.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the omelettes for 12 minutes until crispy.
- 10. Check the doneness after 10 minutes: the omelettes should be golden yellow and firm.
- 11. If they are not done yet, add another 2 to 3 minutes.
- 12. Carefully loosen the mini omelettes from the molds.
- 13. Let them rest briefly before serving them warm.
- 14. Enjoy them plain or with a crisp salad.
