  5. 5. Cut the bell pepper into pieces of equal size.
  6. 6. Cut the carrots into pieces of equal size.
  7. 7. Peel the red onion.
  8. 8. Cut the red onion into wedges.
  9. 9. Place all the cut vegetables into a large bowl.
  10. 10. Add olive oil to the vegetables.
  11. 11. Add paprika powder to the vegetables.
  12. 12. Add garlic powder to the vegetables.
  13. 13. Add your chosen herbs to the vegetables.
  14. 14. Salt the vegetables to taste.
