  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the potatoes into even wedges or cubes.
  3. 3. Leave the skin on the potatoes so they become extra crispy later.
  4. 4. Add olive oil, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
  5. 5. Mix the spices and oil well until a uniform marinade forms.
  6. 6. Add the prepared potato wedges to the bowl.
  7. 7. Toss the potatoes in the marinade until they are evenly coated on all sides.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  9. 9. Place the marinated potato wedges one by one into the air fryer basket.
  10. 10. Make sure the pieces do not overlap so that air can circulate well.
  11. 11. Cook the potato wedges for 20 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer.
  12. 12. Shake the basket vigorously halfway through the cooking time.
  13. 13. Check after 20 minutes if the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  14. 14. Remove the finished potato wedges from the air fryer.
  15. 15. Place them on a plate.
  16. 16. Optionally garnish them with fresh, chopped parsley.
  17. 17. Serve the potato wedges immediately while hot and enjoy.
