🍽️ Crispy Parmesan Potato Wedges from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnishing
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into even wedges or cubes.
- 3. Leave the skin on the potatoes so they become extra crispy later.
- 4. Add olive oil, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
- 5. Mix the spices and oil well until a uniform marinade forms.
- 6. Add the prepared potato wedges to the bowl.
- 7. Toss the potatoes in the marinade until they are evenly coated on all sides.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 9. Place the marinated potato wedges one by one into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Make sure the pieces do not overlap so that air can circulate well.
- 11. Cook the potato wedges for 20 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer.
- 12. Shake the basket vigorously halfway through the cooking time.
- 13. Check after 20 minutes if the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- 14. Remove the finished potato wedges from the air fryer.
- 15. Place them on a plate.
- 16. Optionally garnish them with fresh, chopped parsley.
- 17. Serve the potato wedges immediately while hot and enjoy.
