🍽️ Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 300 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 30 g grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chili flakes for some heat
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the Brussels sprouts thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove all wilted or damaged outer leaves.
- 3. Trim the bottom of the stem very slightly.
- 4. Halve all large sprouts lengthwise.
- 5. Place the prepared Brussels sprouts into a large bowl.
- 6. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
- 7. Mix everything well until every piece is evenly seasoned.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 9. Place the Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly in the basket.
- 11. Cook the Brussels sprouts at 190 °C for 10 minutes.
- 12. Shake the basket vigorously once in the middle of cooking.
- 13. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the Brussels sprouts.
- 14. Cook the Brussels sprouts for another 5 minutes at 190 °C.
- 15. Remove the basket when the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
- 16. Let the Brussels sprouts rest briefly in the basket.
- 17. Sprinkle chili flakes over the top if desired.
- 18. Serve the Brussels sprouts immediately while hot.
