Ingredients
- 12 pieces fish sticks
- Dip of choice
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 2. Take the frozen fish sticks out of the package.
- 3. Place the fish sticks side by side in the fryer basket.
- 4. Make sure the fish sticks do not touch each other.
- 5. Set the air fryer to 200 °C for 12 minutes.
- 6. Open the basket after 6 minutes.
- 7. Carefully turn the fish sticks with tongs.
- 8. Close the basket and cook the fish sticks for another 6 minutes.
- 9. Check the browning of the fish sticks after 12 minutes.
- 10. Cook them for up to 3 minutes longer if needed, until they are golden brown.
- 11. Remove the fish sticks from the air fryer.
- 12. Serve the fish sticks immediately with lemon juice and dip.
