  2. 2. Add the egg, the grated cheese, the breadcrumbs, the chopped spring onions, and the garlic.
  3. 3. Season the mixture with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Mix all ingredients well until a moldable mass forms.
  5. 5. Form small fritters from the rice mixture, about 6 to 8 pieces.
  6. 6. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more breadcrumbs.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  8. 8. Lightly spray the fritters with olive oil.
  9. 9. Place the fritters in the basket of the air fryer.
  10. 10. Cook the fritters for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 °C.
  11. 11. Turn the fritters once in the middle of the cooking time.
  12. 12. Remove the fritters when they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  13. 13. Let the fritters cool down for a short time.
  14. 14. Serve the fritters warm with yogurt dip or ketchup.
