🍽️ Crispy Rice Fritters from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 200 g cooked rice
- 1 piece egg
- 30 g grated cheese
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 piece spring onion
- 1 piece garlic clove
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil spray
Instructions
- 1. Place the cooked rice into a large bowl.
- 2. Add the egg, the grated cheese, the breadcrumbs, the chopped spring onions, and the garlic.
- 3. Season the mixture with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Mix all ingredients well until a moldable mass forms.
- 5. Form small fritters from the rice mixture, about 6 to 8 pieces.
- 6. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more breadcrumbs.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 8. Lightly spray the fritters with olive oil.
- 9. Place the fritters in the basket of the air fryer.
- 10. Cook the fritters for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 °C.
- 11. Turn the fritters once in the middle of the cooking time.
- 12. Remove the fritters when they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- 13. Let the fritters cool down for a short time.
- 14. Serve the fritters warm with yogurt dip or ketchup.
