🍽️ Crispy Chickpeas from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 200 g chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Open the can of chickpeas and drain the liquid.
- 2. Pour the chickpeas onto a clean kitchen towel.
- 3. Gently pat the chickpeas dry to remove excess water.
- 4. Place the dry chickpeas into a large bowl.
- 5. Add a splash of olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Mix everything vigorously until every chickpea is evenly coated with seasoning.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 8. Place the seasoned chickpeas into the air fryer basket.
- 9. Cook the chickpeas at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
- 10. Shake the basket a few times during cooking to ensure even browning.
- 11. Remove the crispy chickpeas from the air fryer.
- 12. Serve them immediately while warm, as they taste best then.
