  2. 2. Cut the washed potatoes into wedges.
  3. 3. Seed the peppers and remove the inside.
  4. 4. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Add olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, and onion powder to a large bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the spices and oil well together.
  7. 7. Add the potato wedges and pepper pieces to the bowl.
  8. 8. Toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  9. 9. Season the vegetables to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
