🍽️ Crispy Potato and Pepper Wedges from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the washed potatoes into wedges.
- 3. Seed the peppers and remove the inside.
- 4. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Add olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, and onion powder to a large bowl.
- 6. Mix the spices and oil well together.
- 7. Add the potato wedges and pepper pieces to the bowl.
- 8. Toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- 9. Season the vegetables to taste with salt and pepper.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 11. Place the seasoned potato wedges and pepper pieces into the air fryer basket.
- 12. Cook the vegetables at 200 °C for 10 minutes.
- 13. Shake the basket vigorously after 10 minutes to ensure even browning.
- 14. Continue cooking at 200 °C for another 10 minutes.
- 15. Remove the crispy wedges from the air fryer after a total of 20 minutes.
- 16. Let the wedges rest briefly on the plate.
- 17. Garnish them with fresh parsley if desired.
- 18. Serve the potato and pepper wedges hot.
