Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken drumstick
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Pat the chicken drumsticks completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 2. Mix olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
- 3. Coat the chicken drumsticks evenly all over with the spice mixture.
- 4. Place the chicken drumsticks in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is enough space between them for air circulation.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 6. Cook the chicken drumsticks for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
- 7. Increase the temperature to 200 °C and cook the chicken drumsticks for another 5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- 8. Remove the chicken drumsticks from the air fryer and let them rest for 2 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- 9. Serve the chicken drumsticks with sides such as potato wedges, salad, or rice.
