  1. 1. If you are using fresh gnocchi, put them directly into a bowl. If you are using vacuum-packed gnocchi, rinse them briefly with hot water and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Add a splash of olive oil, salt, paprika powder, and garlic powder to the gnocchi.
  3. 3. Mix everything well until every gnocchi is evenly coated with oil and spices.
  4. 4. Place the gnocchi into the basket of the air fryer.
  5. 5. Make sure the gnocchi are not piled on top of each other so they become crispy evenly.
  6. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the gnocchi for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Shake the basket once or twice during the cooking time so that all sides become crispy.
  8. 8. Remove the hot gnocchi from the air fryer.
  9. 9. Sprinkle them with grated Parmesan and fresh herbs as desired.
  10. 10. Serve the gnocchi immediately and enjoy!
