🍽️ Crispy Gnocchi from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g gnocchi
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
- Fresh herbs
Instructions
- 1. If you are using fresh gnocchi, put them directly into a bowl. If you are using vacuum-packed gnocchi, rinse them briefly with hot water and let them drain well.
- 2. Add a splash of olive oil, salt, paprika powder, and garlic powder to the gnocchi.
- 3. Mix everything well until every gnocchi is evenly coated with oil and spices.
- 4. Place the gnocchi into the basket of the air fryer.
- 5. Make sure the gnocchi are not piled on top of each other so they become crispy evenly.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the gnocchi for 12 to 15 minutes.
- 7. Shake the basket once or twice during the cooking time so that all sides become crispy.
- 8. Remove the hot gnocchi from the air fryer.
- 9. Sprinkle them with grated Parmesan and fresh herbs as desired.
- 10. Serve the gnocchi immediately and enjoy!
