Ingredients
- 1 piece carrot
- 1 piece zucchini
- 1 piece bell pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper under running water.
- 2. Slice the carrot and zucchini into paper-thin rounds.
- 3. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 4. Place the cut vegetables into a large bowl.
- 5. Drizzle some olive oil over the vegetables.
- 6. Sprinkle salt, paprika powder, and garlic powder over the vegetables.
- 7. Mix everything by hand or with a spoon until every vegetable piece is evenly seasoned and coated with oil.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 9. Place the seasoned vegetables into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Cook the chips at 180 °C for 15 minutes until they are crispy.
- 11. Shake the basket occasionally during cooking to ensure even cooking.
- 12. Remove the finished chips from the air fryer.
- 13. Serve the chips immediately while they are still warm and crispy.
