🍽️ Super crispy chicken wings from the air fryer

Ingredients
- 500 Grams chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil or coconut oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water.
- 2. Then pat the wings very thoroughly dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Put baking powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
- 4. Mix the spices well together in the bowl.
- 5. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken wings.
- 6. Gently massage the spices into the skin until all wings are covered.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 8. Optionally grease the fryer baskets with a little avocado or coconut oil to prevent sticking.
- 9. Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the fryer basket.
- 10. Cook the wings for 25 minutes in the air fryer.
- 11. Turn the wings once halfway through the time so they brown evenly on all sides.
- 12. Let the finished wings cool down briefly before serving.
- 13. Serve the chicken wings with your favorite dip or fresh vegetable sticks.
