  1. 1. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water.
  2. 2. Then pat the wings very thoroughly dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Put baking powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
  4. 4. Mix the spices well together in the bowl.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken wings.
  6. 6. Gently massage the spices into the skin until all wings are covered.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  8. 8. Optionally grease the fryer baskets with a little avocado or coconut oil to prevent sticking.
  9. 9. Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the fryer basket.
  10. 10. Cook the wings for 25 minutes in the air fryer.
  11. 11. Turn the wings once halfway through the time so they brown evenly on all sides.
  12. 12. Let the finished wings cool down briefly before serving.
  13. 13. Serve the chicken wings with your favorite dip or fresh vegetable sticks.
