🍽️ Crispy Broccoli Florets from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 300 g broccoli, separated into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 30 g grated parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the broccoli florets under running water.
- 2. Let the water drain well from the florets.
- 3. Add the olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
- 4. Mix the spices and oil well together.
- 5. Add the dry broccoli florets to the spice mixture.
- 6. Toss the broccoli until it is evenly coated with the seasoning.
- 7. Stir the grated Parmesan into the broccoli (optional).
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 9. Place the broccoli florets individually into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Make sure the florets do not overlap.
- 11. Cook the broccoli florets at 190 °C for 15 minutes.
- 12. Shake the basket once halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
- 13. Remove the crispy broccoli florets from the air fryer.
- 14. Serve them directly with your favorite dip.
