  2. 2. Cut the potatoes into slices or cubes about 1 cm thick.
  3. 3. Place the potato pieces into a large bowl.
  4. 4. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary to the potatoes.
  5. 5. Finely chop a clove of garlic and add it to the bowl as well.
  6. 6. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated with oil and spices.
  7. 7. Place the potatoes into the basket of the air fryer.
  8. 8. Make sure the potatoes are not piled on top of each other.
  9. 9. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
  10. 10. Cook the potatoes for 12 to 13 minutes.
  11. 11. Shake the basket once to ensure the potatoes cook evenly.
  12. 12. Cook the potatoes for another 12 to 13 minutes.
  13. 13. Check if the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  14. 14. Cook them for an additional 2 to 3 minutes if needed.
  15. 15. Serve the fried potatoes immediately and enjoy.
