🍽️ Crispy Pan-Fried Potatoes with Rosemary from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g firm-cooking potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into slices or cubes about 1 cm thick.
- 3. Place the potato pieces into a large bowl.
- 4. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary to the potatoes.
- 5. Finely chop a clove of garlic and add it to the bowl as well.
- 6. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated with oil and spices.
- 7. Place the potatoes into the basket of the air fryer.
- 8. Make sure the potatoes are not piled on top of each other.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 10. Cook the potatoes for 12 to 13 minutes.
- 11. Shake the basket once to ensure the potatoes cook evenly.
- 12. Cook the potatoes for another 12 to 13 minutes.
- 13. Check if the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- 14. Cook them for an additional 2 to 3 minutes if needed.
- 15. Serve the fried potatoes immediately and enjoy.
