🍽️ Crispy Garlic Bread from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- ½ piece baguette or ciabatta
- 50 g soft butter
- 2 pieces garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 30 g grated parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely or press them.
- 2. Place the soft butter in a small bowl.
- 3. Add the chopped garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Mix all ingredients well together until a uniform butter paste is formed.
- 5. Stir the grated Parmesan into the butter if you wish to use it.
- 6. Slice the baguette or ciabatta into approximately 2 cm thick slices.
- 7. Brush each bread slice generously with the prepared garlic butter.
- 8. Place the buttered bread slices one by one into the air fryer basket.
- 9. Make sure the slices do not overlap in the basket.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and place the slices inside.
- 11. Cook the bread for 7 to 8 minutes until it is golden brown and crispy.
- 12. Remove the bread from the air fryer and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- 13. This ensures that it stays nicely crispy on the outside.
- 14. Serve the garlic bread directly, for example with pasta, soups, or as an appetizer.
