  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the potatoes into uniform wedges or sticks.
  3. 3. Pluck the rosemary needles from the stems and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces.
  5. 5. Place the chopped rosemary and garlic slices into a bowl.
  6. 6. Pour the olive oil over the vegetables in the bowl.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Stir the marinade well with a spoon.
  9. 9. Add the potato wedges to the bowl with the marinade.
  10. 10. Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with oil on all sides.
  11. 11. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  12. 12. Place the marinated potato wedges into the air fryer basket.
  13. 13. Cook the potatoes for 12 minutes at 200 °C.
  14. 14. Open the basket and turn the potato wedges once.
  15. 15. Continue cooking for another 13 minutes at 200 °C.
  16. 16. Remove the crispy potato wedges from the air fryer.
  17. 17. Let the potatoes cool down briefly before serving.
  18. 18. Optionally sprinkle the wedges with a little extra sea salt.
