🍽️ Crispy Rosemary Garlic Potato Wedges from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 piece fresh rosemary
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into uniform wedges or sticks.
- 3. Pluck the rosemary needles from the stems and chop them finely.
- 4. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces.
- 5. Place the chopped rosemary and garlic slices into a bowl.
- 6. Pour the olive oil over the vegetables in the bowl.
- 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Stir the marinade well with a spoon.
- 9. Add the potato wedges to the bowl with the marinade.
- 10. Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with oil on all sides.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 12. Place the marinated potato wedges into the air fryer basket.
- 13. Cook the potatoes for 12 minutes at 200 °C.
- 14. Open the basket and turn the potato wedges once.
- 15. Continue cooking for another 13 minutes at 200 °C.
- 16. Remove the crispy potato wedges from the air fryer.
- 17. Let the potatoes cool down briefly before serving.
- 18. Optionally sprinkle the wedges with a little extra sea salt.
