🍽️ Crispy Potato Wedges with Yogurt Dip from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the potatoes under running water.
- 2. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into evenly sized wedges.
- 3. Place the potato wedges into a large bowl.
- 4. Add olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
- 5. Mix everything well until all wedges are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- 6. Place the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- 7. Avoid stacking the wedges on top of each other.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 9. Cook the potato wedges for 10 minutes.
- 10. Shake the basket vigorously.
- 11. Continue cooking at 180 °C for another 10 minutes.
- 12. Finely press or mince the garlic clove.
- 13. Mix the pressed garlic with the Greek yogurt.
- 14. Add the lemon juice and chopped chives to the yogurt mixture.
- 15. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
- 16. Remove the golden-brown potato wedges from the air fryer.
- 17. Serve the potato wedges on a plate.
- 18. Place the dip in a small bowl alongside the wedges.
