  1. 1. Rinse the potatoes under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into evenly sized wedges.
  3. 3. Place the potato wedges into a large bowl.
  4. 4. Add olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
  5. 5. Mix everything well until all wedges are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  6. 6. Place the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. 7. Avoid stacking the wedges on top of each other.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  9. 9. Cook the potato wedges for 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Shake the basket vigorously.
  11. 11. Continue cooking at 180 °C for another 10 minutes.
  12. 12. Finely press or mince the garlic clove.
  13. 13. Mix the pressed garlic with the Greek yogurt.
  14. 14. Add the lemon juice and chopped chives to the yogurt mixture.
  15. 15. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Remove the golden-brown potato wedges from the air fryer.
  17. 17. Serve the potato wedges on a plate.
  18. 18. Place the dip in a small bowl alongside the wedges.
