🍽️ Crispy Rosemary Fries from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g firm-cooking potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into sticks about 1 cm thick.
- 3. Leave the skin on the potatoes as it becomes crispy during cooking.
- 4. Place the potato sticks into a large bowl.
- 5. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
- 6. Sprinkle sea salt, chopped rosemary, and paprika powder over them.
- 7. Mix everything well until all sticks are evenly coated.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 9. Place the seasoned potatoes into the cooking basket.
- 10. Ensure the potatoes are arranged in an even layer.
- 11. Cook the fries at 200 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 12. Turn the potatoes once halfway through the cooking time.
- 13. Remove the finished fries from the air fryer.
- 14. Let them cool down briefly.
- 15. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper over them.
- 16. Adjust seasoning with extra sea salt if needed.
- 17. Serve the fries while hot.
- 18. Enjoy them plain or with your favorite dip.
