  4. 4. Sprinkle fresh herbs like thyme or oregano over the cheese if desired.
  5. 5. Roll the triangles tightly starting from the wide side.
  6. 6. Gently press the ends of the roll to prevent the cheese from leaking during cooking.
  7. 7. Whisk an egg in a small bowl.
  8. 8. Brush the surface of the croissants with the egg mixture.
  9. 9. Sprinkle sesame seeds or black cumin on top if desired.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  11. 11. Place the croissants in the basket and ensure there is enough space between them.
  12. 12. Cook the croissants for 8 minutes at 180 °C until they are golden brown and crispy.
