🍽️ Crispy Halloumi from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 200 g Halloumi
- 1 tsp olive oil
- pepper
- paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the halloumi cheese into cubes of approx. 1 cm.
- 2. Place the cheese cubes in a bowl.
- 3. Add a splash of olive oil and your favorite spices (e.g., pepper, paprika, or chili).
- 4. Mix everything well so that each cube is evenly coated with oil and spices.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 6. Place the halloumi cubes evenly in the basket or on the rack.
- 7. Make sure the pieces do not overlap so they brown nicely.
- 8. Cook the halloumi for 8 to 10 minutes at 200 °C.
- 9. Turn the cubes once halfway through the cooking time.
- 10. Remove the halloumi when it is golden brown and crispy.
- 11. Let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 12. Serve the halloumi with lemon wedges.
- 13. It goes perfectly with salad, in wraps, or simply on its own as a snack.
