  1. 1. Cut the halloumi cheese into cubes of approx. 1 cm.
  2. 2. Place the cheese cubes in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add a splash of olive oil and your favorite spices (e.g., pepper, paprika, or chili).
  4. 4. Mix everything well so that each cube is evenly coated with oil and spices.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  6. 6. Place the halloumi cubes evenly in the basket or on the rack.
  7. 7. Make sure the pieces do not overlap so they brown nicely.
  8. 8. Cook the halloumi for 8 to 10 minutes at 200 °C.
  9. 9. Turn the cubes once halfway through the cooking time.
  10. 10. Remove the halloumi when it is golden brown and crispy.
  11. 11. Let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
  12. 12. Serve the halloumi with lemon wedges.
  13. 13. It goes perfectly with salad, in wraps, or simply on its own as a snack.
