Ingredients
- 100 g Oat flakes
- 150 g Flour
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 2 pcs Apples
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 g Sugar
- 80 g butter
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 50 g Walnuts
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples and remove the core.
- 2. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Add oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a large bowl.
- 4. Mix the dry ingredients well together.
- 5. Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter in a separate bowl until creamy.
- 6. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients.
- 7. Gently fold the batter until just combined.
- 8. Stir the apple cubes into the batter.
- 9. Fill the muffin cups evenly with the batter.
- 10. Place the cups into the air fryer basket.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 12. Bake the muffins for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
