  1. 1. Cut the mozzarella into sticks about 1 cm thick.
  2. 2. Place the mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Freeze the sticks for at least 1 hour.
  4. 4. Prepare three shallow bowls.
  5. 5. Fill the first bowl with flour.
  6. 6. Fill the second bowl with the lightly beaten egg white.
  7. 7. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper in the third bowl.
  8. 8. Take the frozen mozzarella sticks out of the freezer.
  9. 9. Coat each stick first in the flour.
  10. 10. Dip the floured stick next into the egg white.
  11. 11. Finally roll the stick in the breadcrumb mixture.
  12. 12. Press the coating firmly onto the cheese.
  13. 13. Lightly spray the breaded mozzarella sticks with cooking spray.
  14. 14. Place the sticks individually in the air fryer basket.
  15. 15. Make sure the sticks do not touch each other in the basket.
  16. 16. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  17. 17. Cook the mozzarella sticks at 180 °C for 8 to 10 minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the sticks when they are golden brown and crispy.
  19. 19. Serve the mozzarella sticks immediately.
  20. 20. Enjoy them with marinara sauce or yogurt dip.
