🍽️ Crispy Curry Sausage from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 pieces frying sausages
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- 50 ml water
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Prickle the sausages several times lightly with a fork or a knife.
- 2. Coat the sausages thinly with oil.
- 3. Place the sausages in the basket of the air fryer.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the sausages for 12 minutes.
- 5. Turn the sausages once after 6 minutes so they brown evenly on all sides.
- 6. Mix ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, paprika powder, sugar, and 50 ml of water in a small saucepan.
- 7. Bring the sauce to a brief boil while stirring.
- 8. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes.
- 9. Remove the cooked sausages from the air fryer.
- 10. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
- 11. Pour the warm curry sauce over the sausage pieces.
- 12. Sprinkle the curry sausage with a little extra curry powder.
- 13. Serve the curry sausage best with crispy fries or a slice of bread.
