  1. 1. Prickle the sausages several times lightly with a fork or a knife.
  2. 2. Coat the sausages thinly with oil.
  3. 3. Place the sausages in the basket of the air fryer.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the sausages for 12 minutes.
  5. 5. Turn the sausages once after 6 minutes so they brown evenly on all sides.
  6. 6. Mix ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, paprika powder, sugar, and 50 ml of water in a small saucepan.
  7. 7. Bring the sauce to a brief boil while stirring.
  8. 8. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the cooked sausages from the air fryer.
  10. 10. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
  11. 11. Pour the warm curry sauce over the sausage pieces.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the curry sausage with a little extra curry powder.
  13. 13. Serve the curry sausage best with crispy fries or a slice of bread.
