🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wings with Honey-Mustard Glaze from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Wings
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnishing
Instructions
- 1. Take a small bowl and add honey, mustard, olive oil, paprika powder, and garlic powder.
- 2. Stir the ingredients vigorously until a smooth sauce forms.
- 3. Season the marinade to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl or directly into a bag.
- 5. Pour the prepared honey-mustard mixture over the wings.
- 6. Toss the wings until every piece is evenly coated with the sauce.
- 7. Let the marinated wings sit for ten minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 8. Turn on the air fryer and preheat it to 180 °C.
- 9. Place the chicken wings one by one into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Make sure the wings do not overlap so that air can circulate properly.
- 11. Set the cooking time to 20 minutes and start the air fryer.
- 12. Open the drawer after 10 minutes and turn the wings over once.
- 13. Continue cooking the wings for the remaining 5 to 10 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 14. Remove the cooked chicken wings from the air fryer and place them on a plate.
- 15. Let the wings rest for five minutes to keep them juicy.
- 16. Optionally, sprinkle the wings with freshly chopped parsley.
- 17. Serve the chicken wings hot, preferably with a matching dip or plain.
